Standard models start from a single unit for sample orders. Container-load and OEM/ODM batches typically start at 5–10 units, depending on the model.
Do you support OEM branding?
Yes — brand color, logo, decals, mast options, battery type, manuals and packaging can all be customized for your brand.
How long is the lead time?
Standard models ship within 15–25 days. Custom OEM builds typically take 35–50 days after drawing approval.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty is 24 months from shipment for trucks and 12 months for batteries. Spare-parts programs and extended warranty are available for fleets.
