Technology

Every truck we build is engineered around the same principles: energy-efficient electric drive, batteries that keep working all shift, and safety systems that protect operators, loads and racking.

🔋

Lithium-Ion Battery Systems

Li-ion batteries deliver full power throughout the discharge curve — no voltage sag as the charge drops, unlike lead-acid. Opportunity charging during breaks tops the battery back up in minutes, so one truck can cover two shifts without a battery room, water refills or acid fumes.

AC & PMSM Drive Motors

AC induction and permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) replace brushed DC drives for higher efficiency, silent operation and zero brush maintenance. Traction ratings range from 0.7 kW pallet trucks up to 60 kW high-voltage counterbalance machines.

🔁

Regenerative & Electromagnetic Braking

Travel and lowering energy is recovered back into the battery, extending shift time on every stop. Electromagnetic service brakes and automatic parking brakes hold the truck securely on ramps and gradients without relying on hydraulics.

📐

Compact Design & Maneuverability

Three-wheel dual-drive layouts, short wheelbases and hydraulic power steering give turning radii from 1,320 mm — a 1.5 t counterbalance truck can turn inside a 3,260 mm stacking aisle. Every dimension is measured to VDI 2198.

🛡️

Safety Systems

Overhead guards, load backrests, foot-pedal deadman switches, speed limiting in curves and automatic parking brakes are standard. Order pickers add interlocked platform gates and lift cut-offs — safety engineered in, not bolted on.

📡

Fleet Telematics & Monitoring

Optional telematics modules report truck location, utilization, battery state of charge, impact events and service reminders to a cloud dashboard. Fleet managers see which trucks earn their keep — and which operators need training.
